- Damo Mason Review added: 2018.01.21★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆rooms were cold, bed uncomfortable to say the least. asked for an extra blanket and got laughed at by the rotund concierge. when interviewed about my stay the 'management' were more interested in my actions of the previous few days and who I had been with. . . especially in the early hours of the morning. coffee was like warm treacle. would I stay again? no, Bolton is much warmer, and I do enjoy the lovely free scenic transfer ......
